Coaching is a structured, confidential space to get clear on where you are, where you want to be, and what's getting in the way. I don't tell you what to do. I ask the questions that help you find your own answers faster than you would on your own, then we turn them into practical next steps.

What is coaching?

Who is career coaching for?

It's for women at a turning point at work. That might be redundancy, a career that no longer fits, a restructure, a return from maternity leave, or burnout. You don't need a plan, just a sense that something needs to change.

What can I expect from a coaching session?

A safe, structured space to explore your goals, uncover blocks, and create actionable steps. Sessions may include reflection, tools, and gentle challenge.

What can I expect from a session?

A calm, honest space to talk through what's on your mind. We'll reflect, use practical tools where they help, and I'll challenge you gently when it's useful. You leave each session with clear next steps, not just a good chat.

Not sure if coaching is for you? Start here.

Is coaching the same as therapy or mentoring?

No. Therapy looks at the past and supports healing. Mentoring means learning from someone who's walked your path and shares advice. Coaching looks forward. It's about clarity, confidence and action.

Do I need to know what I want before we start?

No. Most of the women I work with come feeling stuck, flat or disconnected from their work. Working out what matters to you, and what to do about it, is exactly what we do together.

What if I'm not ready, or I keep putting things off?

That's more common than you'd think, and you're in good company. I work at your pace, with structure that keeps things moving and no pressure or overwhelm. We start small, with what feels doable, and build from there.

I've been made redundant. Can coaching help me rebuild my confidence?

Yes. Redundancy can shake your confidence and your sense of who you are without a job title, and I know that from experience. Together we'll rebuild your confidence, reframe how you see your professional identity, and shape a next step that feels right, not just one you take out of fear.

I'm over 40 and unsure what's next. Is it too late to change careers?

Not at all. Many women find their most fulfilling direction after 40, often after a big change like redundancy. If you don't know what you want next, coaching helps you reconnect with your strengths, values and what you want your work to feel like, so your next move is yours and not a default.

How do you help women rediscover their confidence?

We work on three things: your values, your strengths, and the vision you have for your working life. Then we use practical tools to turn that into action. Confidence tends to come back once you can see clearly again and start taking steps.

Do you use any profiling tools?

Yes. I'm an accredited DISC practitioner, and DISC profiling is available if you'd like it. It shows how you respond to challenge, communicate and make decisions, and it helps you understand other people better too. It's optional, and many clients find it eye-opening.

Whatever's brought you here, you're not the only one.

Can you help with going back to work after maternity leave, or with burnout?

Yes. Both are big career transitions, and both often come with guilt and self-doubt. We'll look at what you want and need now, what's not working, and how to move forward sustainably, without holding everything together alone.

Not sure which of these sounds like you? Book a free Discovery Chat and we'll talk it through.

What makes your coaching different?

I've lived this. After years in corporate life, and then redundancy while raising two boys, I know how it feels to lose your footing. That experience sits alongside professional coaching training, so you get practical structure and real understanding. My style is warm, honest and pressure-free.

What's the first step?

A free Discovery Chat. We'll talk about where you are, what you want, and whether we're a good fit. There's no pressure and no obligation, and you're welcome to say "not right now."

How does it work? Is it online?

Yes, sessions are online via Google Meet, so you can do them from wherever suits you. Each session lasts 60 minutes, and we usually meet fortnightly.

How long does coaching take?

It depends on what you need. Some women book a single session for clarity on one question (those last 90 minutes), and others choose a programme of 8 to 12 sessions. We'll agree what's right for you, and you're never locked into more than you want. Have a look at my Coaching Programmes to see the options.

What it's like, and what the practicalities are.

How much does it cost?

Investment depends on the programme you choose, and we'll talk through options on your Discovery Chat. I know money can feel tight after redundancy, so if cost is a worry, please ask. I'd rather talk about it openly.

Is what I share confidential?

Yes. What you tell me stays between us, and I work to professional coaching ethics. The one exception would be a serious risk of harm, which I'd discuss with you first.

Ready to talk?

If something here sounded like you, let's have a conversation. It's free, it's friendly, and it's the easiest way to find out if coaching is right for you.
