Hi, I’m Anne-Sophie.

After years spent in the corporate world navigating high-stakes environments and career transitions, I found myself standing at a crossroads, emotionally drained and uncertain about what I really wanted to do. I had spent years building a career and a home, juggling the demands of raising two boys while holding down a very demanding job.
And then bang! Redundancy struck. This massive career disruption was unexpected, unsettling, and full of emotional unknowns. It shook my confidence and identity in ways I hadn’t anticipated.
But when I discovered coaching, everything about it resonated with me. I studied hard and qualified with pride. And then I created Inner Spark Coaching: Reimagine Your Story – a safe space where you can reclaim the unstoppable version of yourself that’s always been there.
