My Journey

Hi, I’m Anne-Sophie.

After years in the corporate world navigating high‑stakes environments and constant transitions, I hit a point where everything I’d built no longer felt sustainable. I was raising two boys, holding down a demanding role, and doing what so many women do: pushing through.

Then redundancy hit. Unexpected. Disruptive. And far more emotional than I ever imagined. It shook my confidence and my sense of identity in ways I wasn’t prepared for.

Discovering coaching changed everything. It made sense of what I was feeling and gave me a way forward. I trained, qualified, and created Inner Spark Coaching, a space where you can reimagine your story and reconnect with the part of yourself you thought you’d lost.
